Our Pastors

Pastors Scott and Tonya Culley started Faith Walk World Outreach Center on May 5, 1985. Since that first meeting in a living room with six people, the Church has continued to grow. After several remodeling projects and a building program, Faith Walk sits on 10 acres with our main building plus three parsonages and a workshop.

Pastors Scott and Tonya have been married since 1982. The Holy Spirit brought them together while they were both attending church at the Moline Gospel Temple, where Pastor Charles and Ruth Hollis were the pastors. They have three daughters Rachel, Heather, and Megan. The Culleys are ordained with the Association of Faith Churches and Ministers. A.F.C.M. is headquartered in Willmar, MN.  Pastor Jim and Kathleen Kaseman are the apostles.

Pastor Scott graduated from Mount Vernon Bible College in Mount Vernon, Ohio in 1983.The couple moved to Meridian, Mississippi and worked as Youth Pastors for two years before returning to the Quad Cities to open Faith Walk. The call to come back to the Quad Cities came during a series of revival meetings conducted by Norvel Hayes. At the end of those meetings God spoke to the Culleys and told them to come back to the Quad Cities and start a church that would teach people the Word of Faith. They were to establish a place in the eastern half of the Quad Cities that would teach people how to make their Christianity a lifestyle and not just a name.

Today, 24 years later Faith Walk continues to keep two words at the front of everything that they do: evangelism and discipleship. These two words are the heart of Faith Walk.

Pastor Tonya is Co-Pastor of the Church. She is the worship leader and in charge of the music department as well as our service staff.

Pastor Scott preaches and teaches the Word of God on Sundays and Wednesdays. He is in charge of the mission field outreaches that Faith Walk covers in foreign countries. The local Outreach and Evangelism programs also fall under his care.

Together the Culleys continue to believe God for all of the promises in the Word of God. II Corinthians 5:7 says, "We walk by faith, not by sight." This is the scripture that the Holy Spirit gave when He gave the name of the Church. God has added a wonderful staff of people throughout the years as the church has continued to preach the uncompromising Word of God.
