27th Anniversary Celebration
We'll be celebrating the 27th anniversary of Faith Walk World Outreach Center on Sunday, May 6. Come and praise God with us for all He has done. Our special worship service will be at 10:00 a.m. We'll enjoy an all church pot-blessing dinner at 5:00 p.m. followed by an all church talent show at 6:00 p.m.
Welcome Home
The 8-member Sierra Leone Mission Team has returned home with unforgetable experiences and satisfying accomplishments from their ministry in Freetown and Tardi Village. Their days at House of Hope, which included ministry at St. Monica School (pictured), were a highlight. Thanks to everyone who supported the team through prayer and financial gifts.
New Wednesday Night Series
On February 22, Pastor Scott began a new series for our Family Discipleship Hour. "What You Need to Know" will help you build your faith. The series digs into the basic things we need to know to live in victory and share our faith with others.
Loving our Community with Free Meals
Our Spirit, Soul, and Body ministry serves a free hot meal every Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. This is one important way we show the love of God to our community. With the help of other churches, we will begin serving a free hot meal at The Oasis every Thursday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Call us if you would like to volunteer to help (309) 792-3922.
